Poop Wizard Service & Website Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Poop Wizard website and any pet waste removal or related services provided by Poop Wizard in San Francisco, California. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or purchasing services from Poop Wizard, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
Poop Wizard provides residential pet waste removal and related yard-care services in designated service areas in San Francisco. Available services may include recurring pet waste removal, one-time cleanups, multi-dog service, deodorizing, sanitizing, and other optional services described on our website or in your individual quote.
Service availability may vary based on location, property conditions, scheduling capacity, and route availability.
2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary based on service frequency, number of dogs, yard size or condition, optional add-on services, and other factors disclosed during the quote or signup process.
Any pricing shown on our website is subject to the terms and details displayed with that offer. Your applicable price will be presented before you agree to purchase service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, pets, and requested services. If the actual property conditions differ significantly from the information provided, we may contact you before completing the service to discuss any necessary changes to the scope or price.
Payment methods, billing schedules, and payment-processing terms will be presented during signup or when service is arranged. Payments may be processed securely by a third-party payment provider or customer-management platform.
3. Recurring Service, Changes & Cancellation
Customers who select recurring service authorize Poop Wizard to provide service according to the frequency and other terms presented and accepted during signup, such as weekly, twice-weekly, or twice-monthly service.
Recurring service is a continuous service that continues until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms presented during signup. Before enrollment, applicable recurring charges, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and other material continuous-service terms will be disclosed as required by applicable law. Poop Wizard does not require a fixed long-term service commitment unless expressly stated and agreed to in writing.
Customers may request changes to their service frequency, number of dogs, add-on services, or other service details. Changes may affect pricing and are subject to route and scheduling availability.
Customers may request to pause or cancel recurring service. Any applicable notice requirements, billing adjustments, or cancellation instructions will be disclosed during signup and through the customer account or service platform, as applicable.
Customers may request changes to or cancellation of recurring service using the cancellation methods made available by Poop Wizard. Where required by applicable law, customers who enroll online will be provided an online method to cancel their continuous service. Applicable cancellation instructions will also be provided during signup or in the customer's service documentation or account.
4. Property Access, Gates & Pets
Customers are responsible for providing Poop Wizard with safe and reasonable access to all areas of the property that are scheduled for service. Gates must be unlocked or accessible at the scheduled service time unless other access arrangements have been made in advance.
Poop Wizard will make reasonable efforts to securely close and latch any gate we use when entering or leaving the service area.
If we cannot safely access the service area because of a locked or blocked gate, incorrect access information, construction, aggressive or unsecured animals, or another condition outside our control, we may be unable to complete the scheduled service. Any applicable missed-service or rescheduling policy will be communicated to the customer.
For the safety of pets, customers, and our service provider, customers should keep dogs and other animals indoors or otherwise safely secured during service unless arrangements have been made with Poop Wizard in advance.
Customers are responsible for informing Poop Wizard of any known hazards or conditions that could reasonably affect safe service, including aggressive animals, damaged gates, unsafe walking surfaces, construction areas, or other property hazards.
5. Service Conditions & Initial Cleanups
Service time and difficulty can vary depending on yard size, the number of dogs, the amount of accumulated pet waste, landscaping, grass height, leaves, debris, lighting, accessibility, and other property conditions.
Initial or one-time cleanups may require additional time or charges when a property has substantially more accumulated pet waste than would reasonably be expected during routine recurring service. If a material change to the quoted scope or price is necessary, Poop Wizard will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before proceeding.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the service area in a reasonably accessible condition. Tall grass, dense ground cover, leaves, debris, standing water, poor lighting, or other conditions may make pet waste difficult or impossible to locate.
Poop Wizard will make reasonable efforts to thoroughly inspect and clean accessible service areas. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of waste that is concealed, inaccessible, frozen, obscured by vegetation or debris, or otherwise not reasonably visible during service.
Recurring service pricing assumes reasonably consistent service conditions. Significant changes to the property, number of dogs, service area, or accumulation of waste may result in an adjustment to the service plan or price after notice to the customer.
6. Weather, Holidays & Schedule Changes
Poop Wizard generally provides service in normal San Francisco weather conditions, including light rain. Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled when weather, property conditions, emergencies, road conditions, air quality, or other circumstances make service unsafe or impractical.
Recurring customers will generally be assigned a regular service day. However, scheduled service dates and arrival times are not guaranteed and may occasionally change due to holidays, route adjustments, weather, staffing, or other operational needs.
When practical, Poop Wizard will communicate significant schedule changes to affected customers.
Holiday schedules may result in service being performed on a different day than usual. Customers will be notified of material changes when reasonably possible.
If service cannot be safely or reasonably completed because of conditions at the property, Poop Wizard may reschedule the visit or handle it according to the applicable missed-service policy.
7. Deodorizing, Sanitizing & Add-On Services
Poop Wizard may offer optional add-on services such as yard deodorizing, sanitizing treatments, and other yard-care services. Availability and pricing for add-on services may vary by property, service plan, and service area.
Deodorizing treatments are intended to help reduce or neutralize pet-related odors. Results may vary depending on the source and severity of the odor, surface type, drainage, weather, yard conditions, and other factors. Deodorizing does not guarantee the complete or permanent elimination of odors.
Sanitizing treatments are intended to support a cleaner outdoor environment but do not sterilize a property or guarantee the elimination of all bacteria, viruses, parasites, pathogens, or other microorganisms.
Customers should inform Poop Wizard of any known sensitivities, special property conditions, or concerns relevant to an add-on treatment before service is performed.
Instructions or precautions provided in connection with an add-on service should be followed by the customer.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Concerns
Poop Wizard takes pride in providing thorough, dependable service and stands behind the quality of our work.
If you believe we missed an accessible area or did not perform a service as agreed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the visit. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address the affected area at no additional service charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of the service performed and does not guarantee outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including conditions caused by pets after service is completed, concealed or inaccessible waste, weather, landscaping conditions, third parties, or conditions otherwise described in these Terms.
When a reasonable re-service cannot resolve a legitimate service concern, Poop Wizard may, at its discretion and as appropriate under the circumstances, provide a service credit or refund for the affected service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
9. Customer Communications
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or becoming a Poop Wizard customer, you agree that we may contact you using the contact information you provide for purposes related to your inquiry, account, or services.
Service-related communications may include quote information, scheduling updates, arrival or completion notifications, billing notices, service changes, weather delays, account information, and responses to customer requests.
Communications may be delivered by email, telephone, text message, or through a customer-management or scheduling platform, as applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping that information reasonably current.
Where required by law, promotional or marketing communications will be sent only with the appropriate consent, and customers may opt out of those communications using the instructions provided. Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent Poop Wizard from sending communications reasonably necessary to provide requested services or manage a customer account.
10. Intellectual Property & Website Use
The Poop Wizard website and its original content, branding, graphics, logos, illustrations, characters, photographs, designs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Poop Wizard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or purchasing Poop Wizard services.
Unless authorized in writing by Poop Wizard or otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or represent as your own any Poop Wizard content, branding, graphics, or other protected materials.
The Poop Wizard name, logo, P-Wiz character, and other distinctive brand elements may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Poop Wizard.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or submit knowingly false, fraudulent, or malicious information through website forms or other features.
Third-party names, trademarks, services, and content appearing on or linked from the website remain the property of their respective owners.

The Poop Wizard website and our services may use, integrate with, or provide links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling systems, customer-management systems, mapping services, or other service providers.

Poop Wizard does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Information provided to Poop Wizard through third-party platforms may also be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
Poop Wizard will use reasonable care when performing services at a customer's property. However, outdoor service involves conditions that may be outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poop Wizard will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Poop Wizard is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from conditions that were not reasonably apparent or were outside our control, including pre-existing property damage, defective or improperly functioning gates or latches, hidden obstacles, unsafe property conditions, actions of animals, severe weather, landscaping conditions, or inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for informing Poop Wizard of known hazards, fragile property, damaged gates or fencing, aggressive animals, restricted areas, or other conditions that could reasonably affect the safe performance of service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, nor does it limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to Poop Wizard. Our collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information submitted through our website or in connection with our services are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or providing personal information to Poop Wizard, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
