How does the service work?

Choose a recurring or one-time service, provide access instructions, and select a convenient schedule. We’ll visit your property, thoroughly clean the yard, and confirm when the service is complete.

How much does service cost?

Pricing depends on the number of dogs, yard size, service frequency, and current yard condition. Request a free quote and we’ll recommend the most practical plan for your home. Standard pet waste pick-up on a monthly plan with one dog starts at $29 per week.

What neighborhoods do you serve?

We currently focus our pet waste pick-up services on San Francisco’s West Side, including the Sunset District, Richmond District, Sea Cliff, West Portal, Forest Hill, St. Francis Wood, Lakeshore, Merced Manor. Golden Gate Heights, Forest Knolls, and nearby West of Twin Peaks neighborhoods.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you may go about your day. We’ll complete the cleanup and securely close the gate before leaving.

Are there long-term contracts?

Nope. Poop Wizard does not require a contract. You may pause, adjust, or cancel recurring service at anytime.

How Do I Pay?

You choose! Secure online payments each visit, monthly automatic billing, on-site Venmo - we'll go with what option works best for you. Cash is always king, and receives a 20% discount.

How often should my yard be cleaned?

Weekly service works well for most homes. Larger yards or households with several dogs benefit from more frequent visits.

What happens when it rains?

Normal rain does not stop The Wizard. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling, and we’ll communicate any changes with you.

What happens if my dog is outside?

We love dogs, but our service runs more efficiently if you please keep your dog indoors or in a separate secured area during our session, unless we have made another arrangement in advance.

What if something was missed?

Contact us promptly. We stand behind our work and will take necessary steps to make the situation right.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. One-time cleanups are useful before parties, after vacations, when moving into or out of a home, or whenever the yard needs a fresh start. One-time cleanups start at $55.
